Andrea Serrano

Account Executive and Assistant Production Manager

Andrea is a valuable member of the Swing Strategies team. She brings consistency, strong attention to detail and a high level of quality to all of her work.

Andrea joined Swing Strategies as an intern, and was quickly promoted to Assistant Account Executive and Assistant Production Coordinator.

With her Mexican and Purerto-Rican background, Andrea understands the value of community and the team member approach within Swing Strategies. This helps her to excel in coalition building.

Andrea held leadership positions throughout college. She ran the Odyssey Program at California State University Sacramento, where she fostered unique mentorships among program participants. She also served as a research assistant for two professors, while working part-time.

Andrea graduated from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Spanish. Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying out new places to eat. She also loves drawing, reading and playing video games.
