Hayley Hodges brings keen insights and creative energy to public policy projects and political campaigns.

At Swing Strategies, Hayley uses her passion for building relationships to develop coalitions for ballot measure and public affairs campaigns, while applying a thoughtful, strategic approach to independent expenditure efforts.

Prior to joining Swing Strategies, Hayley spent two years living in Israel and Poland where she completed her Master of Arts degree in International Relations.

Hayley earned her undergraduate degree in Public Service and Public Policy from Arizona State University and after graduating worked for Congressman David Schweikert (AZ 6) as a District Representative.

A Massachusetts native, Hayley has traveled around the world to 24 countries across five continents. In her free time, Hayley enjoys lifting weights, exploring new cities, and trying new foods.

Hayley lives in midtown-Sacramento.
