At Swing Strategies, Lauren Rossi works directly with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, client relationships, and execution across the firm’s political and communications work. She brings firsthand experience across government, politics, and corporate affairs — having worked in legislative and regulatory strategy, political fundraising, and executive roles in the private sector.
Prior to joining Swing, Lauren held a senior role at an international ag-tech startup, where she led the company’s U.S. market entry and managed relationships with Fortune 500 companies, state agencies, and leading research institutions. She oversaw a major product launch, built a customer feedback infrastructure that strengthened retention, and drove sustained revenue growth — work that required navigating both the private sector and the public institutions that shape it.
Earlier in her career, Lauren supported political and nonprofit fundraising efforts that raised more than $12 million in a single year, managing donor relations, stakeholder engagement, and event strategy. She began her career advising clients on legislative and regulatory matters, drafting policy communications, and coordinating engagement with elected officials and public agencies — experience that gave her a working knowledge of how government decisions get made and influenced.
Lauren holds a B.S. in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Farm Bureau Foundation for Agricultural Education. At home, Lauren and her husband, Tino, are raising twin sons, Lucca and Leo. When not at work or chasing toddlers, she can usually be found traveling, on the ski slopes, or at a good restaurant with a glass of wine in hand.
