Monserrath Medina Hernandez is an Account Executive at Swing Strategies, where she brings a strong background in public relations, strategic communications, public affairs, and coalition building. Prior to joining Swing Strategies, Monserrath led day-to-day account management for multiple clients, directing communications strategy and coordinating executive-level meetings and presentations to drive clear, measurable outcomes. She has developed and executed comprehensive media and public affairs campaigns across earned, owned, and digital channels, and has overseen multi-platform social media strategies in support of large-scale, high-impact campaigns.

With experience working on high-profile issues impacting communities across California, Monserrath brings a sharp, detail-oriented approach to her work. She is skilled in analyzing outreach performance, audience engagement, and the broader political landscape to refine messaging and strengthen campaign effectiveness. As a recipient of the California Seal of Biliteracy, she leverages her language skills to ensure outreach efforts are both effective and inclusive.

Monserrath earned her degree in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations, from California State University, Sacramento, and completed additional studies at the University of Ghana School of Law.

In her free time, Monserrath enjoys reading, traveling, camping, and spending time with her loved ones, including her dogs, Rocky and Chevy.
