Nargis Mohib

Nargis Mohib is an Assistant Account Executive at Swing Strategies, bringing research, analytical, and legislative expertise to her work.

She is a recent graduate of the University of California, Davis, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. Nargis’s passion for law and politics is grounded in her prior experience at a boutique family law firm, where she developed an early understanding of legal processes and client advocacy. She also worked in Washington, D.C., through the UCDC program with the U.S. House of Representatives. In this role, she supported senior staff, attended committee hearings, and addressed constituent concerns surrounding the FY2026 budget bill. Additionally, Nargis interned with the U.S. Senate, focusing on helping Californians navigate federal agencies and analyzing 2025 federal projects to better understand federally allocated funds.

On campus, Nargis served as Event Coordinator and President of UC Davis’s Afghan Student Association, where she demonstrated leadership and a commitment to community outreach. In this capacity, she coordinated and supported fundraising initiatives for Afghan communities abroad.

In her spare time, Nargis enjoys reading, hiking, exploring new cafes, and spending time with loved ones.
